Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships?
Every kit is printed to order in the colors you pick. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days, then travel by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking (usually 2–5 days in transit). You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your kit ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the US, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund within 1 hour of ordering. Sign in to your account, open the order and choose Cancel order. After that, your order goes into the print queue. Email us right away if you need a change or cancellation, and we’ll do it if printing hasn’t started yet. Once printing has started, our return policy still applies.
Kits & Materials
What’s included in a kit?
Every kit includes a 6-inch anchor pot with a face plate, moss poles with face plates, clamps, and M3 screws for the pole joints. Choose 4 or 6 100mm poles, 2, 3 or 4 200mm poles, or 2 or 3 300mm poles. “+ Watering” kits also include a 200mm watering tank with cap. Sphagnum moss and plants are not included.
What’s an anchor pot?
It’s our name for the pot that comes with every kit. It’s noticeably heavier than a typical nursery pot, and that extra weight anchors the moss pole so tall, top-heavy climbers don’t tip over. The pole locks into the pot, so the whole setup stays upright as your plant grows.
What are the parts made of?
All parts are 3D printed in PETG, a tough, moisture-resistant plastic that holds up to constant watering, humidity and repotting.
Why does my kit look slightly different from the photos?
Each kit is printed to order, so small variations in color, layer lines and surface texture are normal. Screen settings can also change how colors look.
Can I get custom colors or lengths?
Possibly! Contact us with what you have in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Using Your Moss Pole
What should I fill the pole with?
We recommend long-fiber sphagnum moss. Soak it until fully hydrated, squeeze out the excess water, and pack it into the pole firmly but not so tight that roots can’t grow into it.
Can I extend my moss pole later?
Yes. The poles connect with a screw joint, so you can add sections as your plant grows. Extra pole sections, clamps, anchor pots and watering tanks are available in Parts & Add-ons.
Do I need the watering tank?
No, but it makes life easier. The tank helps keep the moss moist between waterings, which encourages aerial roots to attach and climb.
I see a few drops of water on my watering tank. Is that normal?
Yes. 3D prints are built up in thin layers, so a few beads of water can show up along the print seams and layer lines the first few times you fill the tank. That’s expected, and it typically eases off as you keep using it. The cap also never seals completely: even screwed down tight, it keeps a gentle drip going so your moss doesn’t dry out. If water is running out in a steady stream rather than a slow drip, let us know.
How do I put my kit together?
Step-by-step assembly instructions are coming soon. In the meantime, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.
